Frank Hundley has over 25 years of experience working as an advisor to or member of senior management teams of large public companies and private middle market companies as well as banks, institutional lenders, equity investors and family offices. He has worked with companies in financial distress and uncertain environments to restructure operations, complete and execute strategic plans, capture operating efficiencies, improve processes, negotiate with lenders, borrowers, landlords and trade creditors, including successfully structuring bankruptcy plans and providing expert testimony. His industry experience includes healthcare, real estate, hospitality, oil & gas, industrials, aviation, online retail, recreation, consumer services and other sectors.

Additionally, Frank brings a deep background in M&A and raising capital including transactions for debt and equity funds in the private and public markets, sales of assets and companies, §363 transactions, and strategic acquisitions.

Prior to RiverRoad Partners, Frank was a Managing Director at Capstone Partners. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of two private healthcare services companies, Vice President Finance of a multi-billion-dollar NYSE company, and as Managing Director in the investment bank of a large financial institution.
