Frank Hundley founded RRP in 2008. He is a business leader with over 25 years of experience dealing with changing business environments.

Mr. Hundley has worked with companies of all sizes ranging from public companies with more than $3 billion in revenue to early stage, pre-revenue private companies. His leadership responsibilities range from finance to operations to new business generation. Serving as consultant, executive or board member, Mr. Hundley has encountered transition situations including rapidly increasing sales and new market opportunities to fluctuating commodity prices, bloated cost structures, changes in ownership and reduced credit availability.

Management Leadership

Through active leadership and working with others in various roles, Mr. Hundley has successfully executed a broad array of initiatives, including expertise in the following:

• Leading effective change

  Working with individuals, teams and organizations to realize a culture change that creates effective communication, systems, processes and goal oriented behaviors resulting in near-term and long-term solutions.

• Creating efficiencies

  Designing and executing restructuring plans for organizations ranging in size from four people to thousands of people, to improve quality, and increase efficiency.

• Creating and executing strategy

  Assisting boards, executives and managers to create and execute strategies to increase profits and cash flow based on market segmentation, product/service design, marketing, and financing.

• Advising boards of directors and senior management

  Advising on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, financing alternatives, new market opportunities, turnaround and restructuring strategies and disposition alternatives with values ranging from $25 million to greater than $1 billion.

• Multi-industry experience

  Mr. Hundley's experience crosses multiple industries including business services, consumer services, healthcare products and services, and distribution and manufacturing.

• Leading negotiations and dispute resolutions

  Finding agreement in various situations including multi-year service agreements, debtor-creditor relationships, private equity financings, and acquisitions and dispositions resulting in value-creating solutions for clients and investors.

Transaction Experience

Mr. Hundley has been involved in various financing activities as an investment banker, executive and consultant, including:

• Equity Financing

  Raised approximately $1 billion in equity and equity linked capital for public and private companies.

• Debt Financing

  Secured over $2 billion in private and public debt financings across the credit spectrum for acquisitions, growth, expansion and refinancing.

• Capital Restructuring

  Raised over $2 billion in financings, working with corporations, banks, institutional investors and hedge funds to refinance, recapitalize and restructure the capital base for companies encountering change dynamics.

• Investment Management

  Overseen a $2 billion investment portfolio of stocks, bonds and alternative investments and achieved results superior to the benchmarks.

Prior to forming RRP, Mr. Hundley had his own business advisory company serving middle market companies; served as Chief Financial Officer of two private companies and as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for a multi-billion dollar, NYSE company; and was a Managing Director at Bank of America Securities.

He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and earned his MBA from Emory University. He has been married for over 20 years, has three sons and is active in his community, including serving on the boards of a number of community organizations.
