How We Work
RRP employs a flexible business model in structuring engagements with the priority of addressing the client’s concerns and reaching the client’s goals in the most efficient manner possible. In general, engagements fall into one of the following categories:
-
Interim Management
RRP is prepared to assume a leadership role in the management of a company by establishing priorities, making difficult decisions, restructuring finances, improving relationships and articulating a strategy that improves morale and brings new energy and drive to the organization. This includes serving as CRO, CEO, CFO and Chapter 11 Trustee.
-
Strategic Advisory
RRP works side by side with existing management to lead, develop and execute plans to improve businesses. While not a full time role, RRP is actively engaged in the transition process providing in depth solutions, necessary leadership and a valuable perspective.
-
Long Term Consulting
RRP will supplement the existing management team, in a consulting capacity, with a long term engagement to fill strategic needs and bring value-added skills not available from the current management team.
-
Expert Witness
RRP will provide expert witness and analysis in certain proceedings.
Addressing the client’s concerns and solving their transition needs is the priority. Engagements are designed to be flexible for all parties.
